These are service-based offerings, not physical products.

No Guarantee Policy

We do not guarantee:

  • Admission in any college
  • Selection in IMU-CET
  • Job placement

Fees paid are for counselling and guidance services only.

Refund Policy

  • All payments made for counselling services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
  • If a user cancels before the service starts, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any request for refund must be made within 24 hours of payment.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their service request by contacting us via email.
  • Cancellation requests must include payment details and reason for cancellation.
  • Once the counselling process has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Duplicate Payment

In case of duplicate payment:

  • The extra amount will be refunded after verification
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days

Chargebacks
